Over the past three decades I have built a reputation as the go-to Realtor for those looking to buy or sell a home in Edgewater. I specialize in the Lakewood-Balmoral Historic District, where I live in my family’s third-generation home. My expertise in the local market is unmatched. In fact, I can’t imagine anyone who knows Edgewater and Andersonville better.

In 2017, I was proud to receive the Five Star Professional designation for real estate for the second year in a row, and was listed in Chicago magazine as an award winner. This is based on excellent customer service.

I often work with clients over a period of years to determine the best time to sell. We work through the complex process of preparing their home for sale, then marketing it. My results speak for themselves, with record-setting home sale prices in both good economic times and bad.

I take the “boutique” approach to my real estate business, meeting with each client personally. From our first meeting to closing and beyond, my clients have my full attention. I have found this approach has brought me much repeat business over the years, and superb client satisfaction.

In addition, all my clients receive professional marketing, floor plans, photography, video and website services. I employ a professional writer for my marketing materials.
